FaegreBD Advises Vectrus in $36 Million Acquisition of SENTEL Corporation

Faegre Baker Daniels recently advised Vectrus, Inc. in its $36 million acquisition of SENTEL Corporation.

The deal advances Vectrus’ strategy of being a leader in converging physical and digital infrastructure markets. The acquisition also furthers the company’s logistics, information-technology, and technical solutions capabilities, while expanding Vectrus’ client base.

SENTEL, headquartered in Alexandria, VA, has over 600 employees and operates in three core business areas: engineering and advanced solutions, logistics and supply-chain management and intelligence mission support.

A multi-disciplinary team led by FaegreBD corporate partners Doug Wright and Jeff Sherman advised Vectrus in the acquisition.
