FaegreBD Named One of the Best Law Firms for Women in Law360's 2017 Glass Ceiling Report

Faegre Baker Daniels is honored to be ranked as the fifth best law firm for women in Law360’s 2017 Glass Ceiling Report and second on the publication’s list of 2017 “Ceiling Smashers.”

For the 2017 Glass Ceiling Report, Law360 surveyed more than 300 U.S. firms on their overall and female headcount numbers as of Dec. 31, 2016. The firms with the highest number of female attorneys were ranked using a formula that equally weighs the percentage of non-partners and percentage of total partners who are women. Law360 awarded “Ceiling Smashers” to those firms who have the largest percentage of female equity partners.

Working Mother magazine has also named FaegreBD as one of the 2017 Best Law Firms for Women. The list recognizes 50 U.S. firms for using best practices in retaining women attorneys, advancing them into leadership roles and implementing work-life balance initiatives.
