Jay Brudz Quoted in Legaltech News

Partner and co-chair of the firm’s Information Governance and eDiscovery Group Jay Brudz was quoted in a Legaltech News article titled, “Why Do Breaches Keep Getting Worse?” The article looked back at the data breaches of 2015 and what to expect in the year ahead.

Jay discussed how “an optimistic view would be to say that things will get worse before they get better.” He also explained that, “while agencies are taking steps to both prevent breaches and ameliorate the effects of breaches, the fact is the pace of technological change and the amount of money at stake pretty much make it a certainty that we will be seeing more breaches with more sensitive data and greater damage done to the victims.”
