Faegre Baker Daniels Begins Business Operations

Faegre Baker Daniels LLP is pleased to announce the beginning of business operations, effective Jan. 1, 2012, following the successful combination of legacy law firms, Faegre & Benson LLP and Baker & Daniels LLP. Additionally, B&D Consulting is now operating as FaegreBD Consulting.

As announced on October 12, 2011, partners at both organizations voted in favor of combining law firms. Faegre Baker Daniels maintains a total of 815 lawyers and consultants in 13 offices. U.S. offices are located in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Minnesota, with international offices in London, Beijing, and Shanghai. The firm offers a full complement of legal services to clients ranging from emerging enterprises to multinational companies and handles complex transactions and litigation matters. FaegreBD Consulting, the firm's national advisory and advocacy division, is focused on key sectors of the economy and based in Washington, D.C.

Andrew Humphrey serves as managing partner of Faegre Baker Daniels; Thomas Froehle is chief operating partner.
