A luxury powerboat manufacturer successfully defeated breach of contract, breach of warranty and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act violation claims brought by an overseas purchaser. Our firm represented the manufacturer at trial and obtained a defense judgment in the manufacturer’s favor. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit affirmed the district court’s ruling on appeal. The successful trial outcome saved the client over a million dollars in potential damages.
