Global Blood Reagents Provider Secures Class Action Settlement

Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc., a former subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, and a co-defendant prevailed against allegations that they were fixing the prices of blood group reagents, products used in blood tests.
