Hedge Fund Completes FCPA Internal Investigation and Remediation

A U.S. hedge fund engaged Faegre Drinker to lead a FCPA investigation into business dealings; transactions; and gift, travel and entertainment practices involving government officials in Russia, Ukraine and England. The outcome was that the culpable employee was disciplined and suspect third-party relationships terminated. We recommended no voluntary disclosure.
