The Plaintiff brought claims for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraudulent concealment, consumer protection, design/warning/manufacturing defect under the Ohio Products Liability Act (OPLA), and breach of express warranty. All of the claims were dismissed with prejudice and a motion for reconsideration was denied.
