A U.S.-based multinational clothing corporation constructed a 1 million square foot, direct-to-consumer distribution and fulfillment center in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Our firm assisted the corporation with negotiating and documenting tax incentives for the project from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under the Pennsylvania Keystone Opportunity Zone, Keystone Opportunity Expansion Zone and Keystone Opportunity Improvement Zone Act (KOZ Act).
