CTB Inc. Acquires Meyn Holdings B.V.

CTB, Inc. acquired Meyn Holding B.V., the parent company of Netherlands-based Meyn Food Processing Technology B.V. and a leading designer and manufacturer of poultry processing systems. The new business unit complements CTB's poultry, pig, egg production and grain industry manufacturing and marketing solutions.
