Voluntary Dismissal of Service Agreement Litigation

After a client filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit, the plaintiff voluntarily dismissed a putative class action alleging that the obligor had a policy of providing incomplete refunds following the cancellation of vehicle service agreements. Our firm assisted the client. Stevens v. Camping World Holdings, Inc., No. CV 17-416 (E.D.N.C. 2017).
