Electricity Supply Company Appeals Class Action Suits to Pennsylvania Supreme Court

An electricity supply company (EGS or ESCO) faced consumer class action lawsuits in federal court and regulatory proceedings before a public utility commission (PUC). The claims included the trial of a civil penalty action, which resulted in an 88% reduction in the proposed penalty.
