An automobile manufacturer obtained summary judgment in a case. Our firm represented the manufacturer in the case where the plaintiffs attempted to assert vicarious liability theories against the defendant based on negligent acts of dealership employees.
Our firm went on to defend the manufacturer on the appeal as well.
