Overview
Krissa Webb is an experienced health care attorney who advises health care providers and other health care-related organizations on a broad range of strategic transaction and regulatory compliance matters. Her clients include regional and national health systems, single- and multi-specialty physician groups and ambulatory surgery centers, among others.
Krissa works with nonprofit, for-profit, and private equity-backed clients on strategic affiliations, merger and acquisition transactions, restructurings, joint ventures and outsourcing arrangements. She assists the firm’s health care clients in growing, divesting, and restructuring their clinical and business operations with the goal of improving efficiency, performance and compliance and ensuring our clients maintain a competitive edge in an ever-changing health care marketplace.
Prior Experience
Most recently, Krissa served as legal counsel to a Houston, Texas-based philanthropy where she was the primary advisor for the organization’s healthcare-focused grantmaking and generally supported the legal compliance and risk management of the organization’s multiple grantmaking entities.
Krissa also previously worked for legacy firm Drinker Biddle & Reath from 2013 through the beginning of 2020.
