Overview

Virginia Pilgrim provides bespoke advice to clients regarding a wide range of corporate matters. She assists clients with corporate transactions, governance and state and federal regulations.

Previous Experience

Virginia previously served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker. During law school, she worked as a copy editor for a Philadelphia-based arbitrator. In that role she proofread, and fact checked, scheduling orders, offered suggestions for scheduling order language and conducted research. Virginia also served as a legal intern for the Bureau of Consumer Protection in the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General where she worked on a variety of issues that included researching and drafting memorandum on vehicle inspection requirements in Pennsylvania; assisting in mediations between businesses and consumers; and participating in settlement meetings to calculate restitution for harmed customers.

Virginia also served as a legislative intern to Philadelphia Councilmember At-Large Kendra Brooks. In that capacity, she participated in city council meetings and researched federal, state, and local Green New Deal programs to explore prospective Green New Deal policies for Philadelphia.

Before law school, Virginia worked for an energy services company as a Downstream Natural Gas Team Lead where she supervised a team of three analysts to support monthly and annual natural gas publications for the Department of Energy’s Energy Information Administration.

Personal Interests

Virginia enjoys baking and hosting dinner parties. She is an avid traveler and enjoys long-form journalism.
