Overview
Catherine Kennedy represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters in federal and state courts nationwide, including securities, antitrust, RICO, consumer protection class actions, M&A litigation and other complex commercial disputes. She also represents clients in white-collar and other government investigations, and has counseled clients in connection with patent and trade-secret disputes. Her experience spans multiple industries, including the health care, pharmaceutical, financial services, technology, food, retail and consumer electronic industries.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Catherine worked as a litigation associate at a prominent international law firm in Silicon Valley, California.
Personal Interests
Outside of the office, Catherine enjoys cooking, wine, skiing and hiking with her dog.
