Faegre Drinker Attorneys Update Chapters in New Jersey Mass Torts & Class Action Treatise

Susan M. Sharko, Michael C. Zogby and Kaitlyn E. Stone, of Faegre Drinker’s Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group in the Florham Park office, updated two chapters in the New Jersey Mass Torts & Class Action Treatise (New Jersey State Bar Association/New Jersey Law Journal) (2020). Kate and Susan updated Chapter 7, “Pleadings and Discovery in Multi-County/Mass Tort Litigation.” Michael and Kate updated Chapter 22, “New Jersey Choice of Law.” Multi-County Litigation (MCL) is New Jersey’s state court equivalent to the federal MDL process. The Handbook discusses the law and practice in MCLs. Susan also presented on this and related topics as part of the NJICLE Multicounty Litigation (Mass Torts) 2020 Update.
