Murray Clark Discusses Potential Shipping Industry Growth on Inside Indiana Business

On October 4, Faegre Baker Daniels partner and former Indiana state senator Murray Clark appeared on a roundtable hosted by Gerry Dick on Inside Indiana Business. Panelists discussed a number of issues, including the recent unveiling of a new, more robust strategic shipping partnership between the Ports of Indiana and the Canadian province of Quebec. Clark said that Indiana stands to gain much by continuing to pursue growth in the shipping industry.

"From a rail standpoint...there is so much potential, particularly when you realize how close we are to the Chicago railyards, where product goes to die. I hope they continue to be aggressive and have better and better years," Clark said.

The segment also touched on the death of long-time Indiana state representative and civil rights leader Bill Crawford, who Clark praised as “a tremendous leader.”
