Controlling Off-Label Risks When Disseminating Information

Washington, D.C., partner Jesse Witten will serve as a co-chair for the American Conference Institute’s two-day conference on “Reducing Legal and Compliance Risks in the Sales and Marketing of Medical Devices.” On April 27, Jesse will speak on “Controlling Off-Label Risks When Disseminating Information.” His presentation will review recent legal developments relating to off-label promotion of medical devices, including current legal challenges to FDA’s enforcement theories.
