Inside the FDA Under Trump 2.0 — Continuing the Discussion on the New Administration’s Changes to the FDA

Join us for the second installation in our series on changes at the FDA and what you can expect moving forward under the Trump administration. Joy Sharp, a career FDA regulatory attorney who was at the agency during the Trump 1.0 transition, will share updated insights into what’s likely happening within the FDA, including how the various cost-cutting measures are affecting day-to-day operations and how new leadership and priority shifts are changing FDA policy on how to oversee the research, development and marketing of drugs, biologics, medical devices, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics and homeopathic remedies. DOGE, HHS and NIH will also be discussed.
