State of the Industry from a Regulatory Perspective: Policy Considerations for Health Plans

Faegre Drinker's Mike Adelberg and Kacey Buderi presented recently at the Health Plan Alliance’s Value Visit on Clinical Excellence in Irving, Texas. Their session, “State of the Industry from a Regulatory Perspective: Policy Considerations for Health Plans,” examined the regulatory and administrative actions that the Biden administration has taken to reverse several Trump administration policies and stake out its own course. In their presentation, Mike and Kacey outlined the most impactful Biden administration actions across the commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid markets, and discussed what the administration has in store for health plan care management, provider relations, quality improvement and pharmacy departments in the future.
