Philadelphia partner Doug Raymond was quoted in a Philadelphia Business Journal article titled “What's the Deal with M&A?” The article explores the current state of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity and shares the viewpoints of financial experts on the issue.

Doug stated that M&A activity in the Philadelphia area has been focused largely in the fintech and life sciences sectors. He added, “We’re not seeing anything that much different than the national trend. In the mid-Atlantic region in general, [deal flow] tends to be more muted than nationally.”
