Brittney Sharp Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Indianapolis

Brittney Sharp has joined the corporate group at Faegre Baker Daniels in the firm’s Indianapolis office.

Sharp concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters. She leads clients through asset and equity sale transactions, corporate restructurings, and venture financing transactions.

Before joining FaegreBD, Sharp was an associate at Barnes & Thornburg, where her practice focused on M&A transactions and general corporate matters.

Sharp earned her J.D. from the Ave Maria School of Law, where she served as the executive articles editor of the Ave Maria Law Review. Sharp received a bachelor’s degree in international business from Butler University.
