National Head of Investment Banking Gary Hall becomes equity partner at nation’s top MWBE investment firm
Alumnus Gary Hall has been named an equity partner at Siebert Cisneros Shank & Co., L.L.C. (SCSCO), one of the nation’s top-ranked investment bond firms and the largest African-American, Latino and woman-owned investment bank. Gary becomes the sixth equity partner at the firm.
As National Head of Investment Banking, Gary is responsible for managing all of the firm’s bankers and leading the execution of SCSCO’s strategic plan for business development and bond underwriting origination for each of the firm’s 17 offices throughout the country.
After practicing law in the corporate finance group of Gardner Carton & Douglas until July, 2000, Gary worked in the Mayor’s Office of Budget and Management for the City of Chicago under former Mayor Richard M. Daley. He also served as a White House Fellow assigned to the U.S. Department of Treasury. Before joining SCSCO, Gary was Executive Director in the Public Finance-Investment Banking Group of JPMorgan Securities LLC.
