Alicia Hickok Quoted in Law360

Philadelphia partner Alicia Hickok was quoted in a Law360 article titled, “The Biggest Pa. Court Decisions of 2015: Year-End Report.” The article discussed a series of significant decisions made by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in the second half of the year.  Among the cases noted in the article were three plaintiff-friendly decisions, Margo Polett v. Public Communications, Inc., David Socko v. Mid-Atlantic Systems of CPA Inc., and Evonne Wert v. Manorcare of Carlisle.  Alicia commented on the concerns prompting by having those decisions come out in quick succession.
