Jesse Witten Quoted in Law360 Article on High Court Subsidy Case

Washington, D.C., partner Jesse Witten was quoted in a Law360 article, titled, “High Court ACA Subsidy Case Could Unravel Health Reform.” The article analyzes the potential consequence if the Supreme Court decides King v. Burwell against the Government, and rules that federal subsidies are not available to assist low income people in purchasing health insurance through federal exchanges, in those states that have not established their own exchanges under the Affordable Care Act.  Jesse commented on possible policy and political outcome if the Administration loses the case.
