Washington, D.C., partner Jesse Witten was quoted in an article, titled, “CHS Hospitals Settle FCA Case for $98M Over Short Stays From ER.” The article reported on a $98 million False Claims Act settlement entered into by a national hospital company accused of billing for inpatient claims that should have been billed as outpatient.
