FaegreBD Represents Star Tribune in Sale to Minnesota Billionaire Glen Taylor

Faegre Baker Daniels represented the Star Tribune in its sale to Minnesota billionaire Glen Taylor, the Chairman and CEO of Taylor Corporation and owner of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Lynx basketball teams. The purchase closed June 30.
Corporate partners Bruce Engler and Ryan Miske led the cross-practice FaegreBD team supporting Randy Lebedoff, the Star Tribune's senior vice president and general counsel.
