Innovative techniques, such as tailoring services to client's needs, adopted by these leading firms are changing the industry landscape and re-shaping client's expectations.

BTI's survey was based on more than 500 interviews conducted between January 2011 and September 2012 with in-house counsel at the world's largest organizations.
