Andrew Campbell of Faegre Baker Daniels Named an Up and Coming Indiana Lawyer

Andrew L. Campbell of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP was named an Up and Coming Lawyer as part of Indiana Lawyer's 2012 Leadership in Law awards.

Each year, Indiana Lawyer honors fifteen established Indiana attorneys as Distinguished Barristers and 15 additional Indiana attorneys as Up and Coming Lawyers. Attorneys are selected based on their professional commitment to peers and clients, social and civic involvement, and volunteer efforts.

An accomplished litigator in product liability and commercial matters, Campbell was selected as an Up and Coming Lawyer because of his litigation skills, work ethic, pro bono leadership and commitment to serving those in need. Professionally, he has nationwide experience representing one of the country's largest medical device manufacturers in product liability matters, including coordinating multi-district and multi-state litigation.

Outside of the courtroom, Campbell has dedicated himself to increasing access to justice. He served as chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association Pro Bono Committee in 2011 and as co-chair in 2010. In these two years, Campbell significantly expanded the reach of and lawyer participation in the bar association's Low Asset Will Program and Ask-A-Lawyer legal advice program. He also serves on the board of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and has represented asylum applicants pro bono through the National Center for Refugee and Immigrant Children. In 2011, the Indiana Bar Foundation honored Campbell with a Pro Bono Publico Award in recognition of his contributions toward broadening the availability of legal services.

Campbell graduated from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law magna cum laude in 2005. He received a master's and a bachelor's degree from the University of Montana.
