Steve Hardin Elected Chair of ISBA Land Use Section

Baker & Daniels LLP partner Steven D. Hardin has been elected Chairman of the Indiana State Bar Association's Land Use and Zoning Section for a two-year term. He served as Secretary-Treasurer and Chair-Elect for the State Bar's Land Use Section prior to being elected Chairman.

"I'm very honored to have been selected," said Hardin. "We work in an area of law that is rapidly expanding in Indiana, and I know this group can take great strides in educating and supporting the state's land use attorneys."

Hardin is a member of Baker & Daniels' real estate and land use group and practices from the firm's Carmel and Noblesville offices. He represents developers, contractors, landlords, tenants and property owners in a variety of real estate transactions. Hardin's areas of expertise include the acquisition, zoning, development, leasing and disposition of and economic incentives for office, retail, industrial and residential properties.
