Contract Research Organization Sues to Protect Against Trade Secrets Violations

A contract research organization (CRO) asked Faegre Drinker for help protecting its trade secrets. The CRO sued two individuals and their business to prevent them from using illicitly taken, confidential, and trade secrets information from the CRO to open a competing business in violation of the individuals’ restrictive covenants.
