Champion RCO Completes Acquisition of Advanced Caliper Remanufacturing

Champion RCO, a leading automotive aftermarket platform, completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Advanced Caliper Remanufacturing, a Canadian company that remanufactures air disc calipers and accessories. Faegre Drinker represented Champion RCO in the transaction.
