Digi International Completes $200M Credit Facility Refinancing

Digi International Inc. completed a $200 million refinancing of its syndicated secured revolving credit facility with BMO Harris Bank, N.A. acting as administrative agent and collateral agent. Faegre Drinker represented Digi International in the transaction, which closed on March 15, 2021. The credit agreement includes the option to increase the revolving loan facility by $75 million, and the revolving loan facility includes a $10 million letter of credit subfacility and a $10 million swingline subfacility.
