United Building Maintenance Associates Successfully Settles Wage and Hour Class Action

Untied Building Maintenance Associates, Inc. (UBM), a New York–based building and maintenance company, successfully defended a wage and hour class action involving more than 500 workers in the state of New York. UBM defeated the plaintiffs’ efforts to certify a state-wide class of workers, and settled the case with court approval. Our firm represented UBM in the matter.
