DOJ Prosecutes Trucking CFO for Securities and Accounting Fraud

The U.S. Department of Justice prosecuted the former CFO at a publicly traded transportation and trucking company for his role in a complex securities and accounting fraud scheme that resulted in a loss of more than $245 million in shareholder value. Henry Van Dyck represented the DOJ in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
