Vanbridge, LLC, a specialty insurance intermediary, program management and risk advisory services business, was acquired by EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants. Our firm represented Vanbridge in the transaction, through which EPIC acquired the assets, operations and employees of Vanbridge, adding 45 team members to the firm.
