Commercial Restaurant Wholesaler, Affiliates Obtain New Markets Tax Credit Financing

Our firm acted as special opinion counsel to a wholesaler of commercial restaurant products and several of its affiliates in connection with their entry into a loan agreement to obtain new markets tax credit financing consisting of a mortgage loan and a term loan.
