Buffalo Wild Wings, a Minneapolis-based restaurant chain, agreed to a sale to Roark Capital Group, the private equity firm that controls Arby’s Restaurant Group, in a deal worth $2.9 billion. Our firm was Buffalo Wild Wings’ sole outside counsel on the transaction.
Buffalo Wild Wings, which operates more than 1,200 locations throughout the world, became a private company in the sale.
