Trammell Crow Company Acquires and Develops Horizon Corporate Center

Trammell Crow Company acquired and developed Horizon Corporate Center, Mount Laurel Township, Burlington County. Our firm represented Trammell Crow Company throughout the acquisition and development, which included resolving wetlands issues caused by a prior developer with the Army Corps and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP); preserving wetlands exemptions for future development, subdivision and site plan approvals for a new office and hotel development; negotiating the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) Developer’s Agreement; creating park covenants and an owners’ association; and negotiating a water and sewer reservation agreement.
