DP Partners Acquire Industrial and Distribution Center Development

DP Partners acquired a 1,000-acre industrial and distribution center development in the Pureland Complex, Logan Township, Gloucester County, which included addressing wetlands issues, waterfront development permit requirements, and sewer and water infrastructure.
