Defeat of ERISA Fiduciary Claims

Glenn Merten won dismissal of ERISA fiduciary breach and prohibited transaction claims in the Southern District of New York on behalf of a client. Glenn also assisted the client in persuading the court to deny a motion for leave to amend to add fiduciary breach and prohibited transaction claims and dismiss with prejudice.
