Colorado Springs Landowners Negotiate Interchange Configuration

Our firm represented multiple landowners in Colorado Springs in condemnation actions brought by CDOT and the City for the construction of the Powers Boulevard Project, including the representation of one owner in negotiating a complete reconfiguration of an interchange in order to ensure access to the owner's remaining property.
