A national real estate developer acquired and rehabilitated a 366-unit development in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, with our firm representing the developer on all aspects of the transaction.

The project had a total development cost of over $30 million and was financed with tax-exempt bonds, government loans and over $8 million in limited partner investment in low-income housing tax credits.
