Ishan Wad advises clients on high-value, complex cross-border disputes — from pre-dispute strategic advice and litigation risk, through to trials. He has broad experience in commercial litigation, international arbitration, contentious insolvency and restructuring work. Ishan also has extensive experience in the High Court of Justice in England & Wales.

He represents clients in a range of sectors and services, including technology, intellectual property, cybersecurity, financial services, competition, civil fraud claims and sport-related matters. Besides dispute resolution, Ishan counsels on general corporate advisory issues.

Ishan also maintains an active pro bono practice.
