Overview
Anderson Tuggle litigates complex business disputes at both the trial and appellate levels. He litigates much the way he lives life more generally: with passion, civility, meticulousness and, where appropriate, a dash of humor.
Anderson also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior Experience
Before law school, Anderson worked as a Fulbright scholar in southeastern Turkey, teaching English to students at Gaziantep University.
During law school, he worked with the school’s foreclosure-defense clinic, helped teach first-year students civil procedure and externed for Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
After law school, he clerked for two years, first for Judge Susan Richard Nelson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and then for Judge Karen Nelson Moore of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Personal Interests
In his spare time, Anderson enjoys running, listening to podcasts, playing piano, and cheering on his hometown Chicago sports teams, namely, the Bears, Bulls and White Sox.
