Partner
Overview
Pablo Svirsky is a nationally recognized corporate attorney with a concentration on complex commercial agreements and M&A transactions while advising life sciences and biotech companies on high-stakes supply, distribution, and manufacturing agreements. His practice focuses on the complex regulatory and business dynamics unique to pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology industries, where contract structure directly impacts product commercialization, market access, and supply chain resilience. Pablo also represents clients across industries in M&A transactions, divestitures, and general corporate matters.
Life Sciences Commercial Contracts
Pablo has built a practice focused on negotiating critical commercial contracts for life sciences companies. He advises development-stage biotech companies, global pharmaceutical manufacturers, and major medical device companies on the supply, distribution, manufacturing, and commercialization agreements that ultimately help to get products to the patients who need them.
His experience includes negotiating countless supply, distribution, and other forms of high-value agreements across the globe, often involving complex regulatory compliance requirements, quality assurance frameworks, and cross-border logistics. Clients rely on Pablo to structure agreements that protect supply chain continuity, manage regulatory risk, and support successful product launches. His experience leads to practical solutions, as he has learned from experience how best to partner with clients to achieve positive long-term results while appropriately managing risk.
Mergers and Acquisitions
Pablo is an experienced M&A attorney who has guided clients through acquisitions, divestitures, and complex corporate transactions across a range of industries. He represents buyers and sellers in transactions of all sizes, managing deal strategy, due diligence, negotiations, and post-closing integration. His transactional background complements his commercial contracts practice, allowing him to advise clients on both the deals that reshape their businesses and the ongoing commercial relationships that sustain them.
Contract Connoisseur
Beyond life sciences, Pablo brings the same rigorous approach to commercial contracts across industries. He has negotiated thousands of agreements, covering areas that include manufacturing, services, licensing, supply, and distribution, developing the skill needed to identify issues that derail deals and the structures that protect clients. His cross-industry experience — spanning medical devices, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and technology — gives clients the benefit of creative solutions drawn from diverse commercial contexts. Whether structuring a single-source supply arrangement or navigating a complex multiparty distribution network, Pablo focuses on aligning contract terms with business objectives and risk tolerance.

Previous Experience
Before joining the firm, Pablo worked as a litigation fellow for The Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights in Boston, assisting attorneys on cases involving redistricting, police brutality, housing, and employment discrimination.
Personal Interests
Prior to attending law school, Pablo played bass in various music groups, covering everything from rock to gospel to bluegrass and more. He still plays today, but … not quite as much. These days Pablo devotes his precious free time to hanging out with his kids before they get too cool for him. They love going to shows, new restaurants, and travelling together, including occasional trips to his original homeland in Uruguay.
