Adelhajda Sejdinovic counsels corporate clients and offers bespoke advice on a wide range of issues including M&A, corporate regulatory compliance, and other corporate transactions.
Prior Experience
Adelhajda served as a summer associate at the firm and drafted memoranda concerning international business strategies; the enforceability of non-competes during the COVID-19 pandemic; and compensation of fact witnesses in New York, New Jersey and Georgia. She also worked as a clerk in the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office in Lansing, Michigan. In that capacity, she scheduled and organized hearing dockets for five district and circuit court judges to assigned prosecutors. Adelhajda also worked as a legal assistant at a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based law firm drafting legal documents including summons, complaints, default judgements, subpoenas and motions.
Personal Interests
In her free time, Ajda enjoys traveling, photography, and trying new restaurants.
