Overview
Jamie Levin practices within the firm’s health care group and advises clients on various health care transactional and regulatory matters related to joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, investments, operations and corporate governance. Jamie also counsels clients on a board range of compliance and regulatory issues, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, fraud and abuse laws, state corporate practice of medicine doctrines and state licensure laws.
