Delaware Corporate & Complex Commercial Litigation

Angela’s work focuses on the critical disputes that define corporate life: breach of fiduciary duty, governance disputes, corporate control, stockholder derivative suits, advancement, indemnification, books and records demands, and M&A-related litigation. Beyond equity matters, she represents clients across all Delaware state and federal courts in cases involving contract interpretation, earnout calculations, and appellate issues. Angela also provides proactive guidance to board committees, directors and officers, helping them evaluate risk and set strategy during active transactions or in the face of threatened litigation.

While deeply tied to Delaware, Angela’s practice has a broad geographical and substantive reach. She applies her rigorous approach to corporate law to represent clients in commercial litigation, labor and employment issues, and white-collar matters nationwide.

Trial & Matter Management

Angela is a practical litigator who manages the full life cycle of a case. She has significant experience leading teams through large-scale discovery, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. From taking depositions and conducting trial examinations, Angela remains focused on clear communication with co-counsel and clients to ensure every procedural step aligns with the client’s broader business objectives.

Prior Experience

Angela previously served as a judicial intern for the US District Court for the District of Maryland. In law school, she was a member of the National Trial Team and Moot Court Board.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Angela enjoys cooking, running, and spending time with her family.
